Can you solve diarrhoea with cat food?

If your cat suffers from diarrhoea (and it is not caused by a disease), there is special cat food available for cats that often have diarrhoea symptoms. But do consult a vet if the diarrhoea is not over after a few days or if your cat also vomits.
